Can I Upgrade My Ticket After Purchase?
Yes! You can upgrade your ticket by contacting our support team. You’ll only pay the difference between your current tier and the new tier.
Can I Downgrade to Virtual
If you can’t make it for any reason, you can always switch to virtual, although no refunds will be made if you switch.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to January 31st 2026. After that, tickets can be transferred to another person free of charge.
